ECT Euromax intake station

On Maasvlakte, we are constructing a 66 kV intake station. This facility is a critical part of the energy infrastructure required to enable the shore power system for the ECT Euromax terminal. The new intake station will be connected to a converter station that adjusts voltage and frequency levels, making shore power suitable for vessels at berth. We are working together with Heijmans on the preparation and construction of the grid connection station. Heijmans closely collaborates with project partners Cordeel, responsible for the civil design and construction works, and Stedin, responsible for the electrical installation.
